Vicky runs the Livery yard which has twenty stables for full livery, part livery and assisted livery, and a further barn which houses 12 DIY stables, with assistance if necessary or required. The twenty stables are set in a barn with two blocks of eight and one of four. At the end of each row there is a feed room and outside every stable there are rug racks. Area outside for washing off etc. In the DIY barn there are three feed rooms, a wash area and covered area for blacksmith, clipping etc.
The paddocks are all approx two acres and have two horses in each. There is a muck collecting machine towed by a small tractor and the owners are encouraged to collect the droppings on a regular basis to ensure good grazing. Weed control is important, and the fields are topped and rolled when necessary.
All the liveries have the use of a horse walker, indoor riding arena, large outdoor menage with lighting and several miles of off road riding round the farm on the grass headlands. There are several cross country jumps placed round the farm and in the summer the grass field has show jumps for their use.
Hay is made on the farm as well as straw. Hay can be steamed if necessary.
