As well as the indoor riding arena being used by the liveries it is also used by a dog training club, several Dog Show Associations and Young Farmers as an entertainment venue. The surface is a waxed silicone sand covering, which can be rolled flat and carpeted if necessary. It has the benefit of a warm air heating system for winter months. It is serviced by a large concrete covered reception area, with a stage in the corner and a small office with a PA system.
The Indoor School measures 120’ x 60’. The concrete Reception area measures 80’ x 55’.
Tables and chairs are available.
There is a kitchen with a small cooker, microwave and griddle, plus crockery and cutlery. Next to the kitchen is a separate dining area.. The lavatory block is situated by the Reception area.
The car park has a well drained surface with parking for 80 cars. Further parking for over 100 cars is available down the lane to the venue.
